This is an on-site Construction Estimator role, located in Boston, MA, offered on a contract basis. The Construction Estimator will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates for various construction projects, performing quantity take-offs, managing budgets, collaborating closely with project teams, and ensuring effective communication with clients and stakeholders throughout project planning and execution.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Construction Estimating and Quantity Take-offs
- Strong Cost Management and Budgeting skills
- Exceptional Communication abilities, including client and team collaboration
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in the New England area
- Proficiency with estimating software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in construction estimating or project management
