Are you a Coordinator, Superintendent or Field Leader with strong experience running sites involving crane lifts, structural installs, and complex sequencing, looking to step into the modular construction space?

This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing modular construction company delivering projects across Massachusetts and Maine, where you will take full ownership of on-site execution during critical module installation and set phases.

Once projects are released, you'll be the on-site lead, working closely with the Project Manager to prepare sites, coordinate logistics, and run installs safely, efficiently, and to plan.

This role is ideal for a hands-on Superintendent who enjoys being in the field, leading from the front, and running high-impact install phases. Travel and stay-aways are required, with expenses covered.

• Act as the lead Superintendent during modular installation and structural phases
• Prepare sites ahead of module delivery (foundations, access, utilities, logistics)
• Oversee heavy crane lifts, module setting, and structural connections
• Coordinate subcontractors, inspectors, deliveries, and on-site teams
• Drive safety, quality, and schedule through to punch list and turnover

• Experience as a Superintendent, Field Superintendent, or Senior Foreman
• Background in modular, multifamily, commercial, or structural construction
• Comfortable managing crane lifts and critical install phases
• Strong site leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Open to travel across New England

(Modular experience is preferred but not required - strong site leaders will be trained.)
