We are seeking a Construction Manager to oversee the on-site execution of BESS projects across Massachusetts and the ISO-NE region. This role will ensure construction meets all safety, quality, and schedule requirements while complying with state and local permitting regulations.

Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day site construction activities for BESS projects.
- Coordinate subcontractors, EPC teams, and site crews to meet milestones.
- Ensure compliance with Massachusetts DOER requirements and SMART program standards.
- Implement site safety protocols in accordance with OSHA and company policies.
- Conduct quality inspections and approve work before commissioning.
- Maintain daily site logs and communicate progress to the Project Manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years in construction management for renewable energy or utility infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical construction standards and battery installation best practices.
- OSHA 30 certification required.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
