Join Big Night Entertainment Group as a Working Construction Supervisor and help bring the Card Vault by Tom Brady retail experience to major sports and entertainment hubs across the U.S. and beyond.

• Collaborate with internal teams to plan, manage, and deliver retail construction and fit-out projects with a strong focus on safety, quality, schedule, and cost control.
• Manage all aspects of on-site construction activities, including coordination of subcontractors, vendors, and trades.
• Enforce job site safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and OSHA standards.
• Assist with project budgeting, monitor costs, and identify opportunities for savings without compromising quality.
• Coordinate and oversee the delivery and installation of FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment).
• Develop, monitor, and adjust project schedules, identifying potential issues early and implementing corrective measures.
• Perform quality control inspections and maintain detailed project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and site photos.
• Execute or assist with self-performing tasks such as carpentry, fixture installation, and construction duties as needed.
• Communicate regularly with internal teams and address any concerns or changes in scope.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Ideally 5+ years of experience in retail construction, general construction, or project management.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering multi-site or multi-region projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and retail build-out processes.
• Experience with on-site construction management, including sub-contractor coordination and safety enforcement.
• Ability and willingness to perform construction/carpentry tasks.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regionally and nationally as needed.
• Active Construction Supervisor License required.
• Must pass Card Vault by Tom Brady’s requirements for legal background check.
• OSHA certification or equivalent safety training preferred.
• Background in carpentry or general construction trades.
• Experience working with national retail brands or franchise environments preferred.
• Familiarity with permit processes and construction documentation requirements across multiple jurisdictions is a plus.

• This is a field-based position requiring regular travel to active construction sites across the country.
• Work may include evenings or weekends based on project needs.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks on-site as required.
