Senior Estimator; Commercial Construction

Location: South Shore / Greater Boston, MA

Type: Full-Time | In-Office (No Remote)

Join a growing commercial GC with a strong reputation, an expanding client base, and a steady pipeline of work across multiple sectors. This is a key role for an estimator who can step in quickly, own the estimating process, and help drive growth through accurate, competitive bidding and strong preconstruction support.

• Lead estimates for a variety of commercial projects (renovations + ground-up), ranging from $500K–$25M
• Review plans/specs, develop detailed scopes, and build pricing models
• Assemble subcontractor bid packages, compare bids, and level proposals
• Work closely with leadership and project teams to support precon strategy
• Provide value engineering input and cost analysis throughout the bid process
• Help improve estimating processes and contribute to long-term preconstruction planning

• 7+ years of estimating experience in commercial construction (GC side preferred)
• Ability to be plug-and-play and produce accurate estimates quickly
• Strong plan reading, scope development, and subcontractor relationship skills
• Comfortable working across multiple project types and moving between sectors
• Up to $160K base salary, plus bonus eligibility
• Mileage and travel expenses covered
