We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to join our growing and dynamic construction management firm. The ideal candidate will be an outgoing, intuitive, and highly motivated professional with a talent for developing relationships and facilitating change. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to effectively read people and situations, and a commitment to accuracy, thoroughness, and quality are essential.

Taking ownership and accountability for one's work and taking pride in delivering high‑quality results are crucial aspects of this role.

• Operational Leadership:
  Strive for purposeful excellence in all job duties, demonstrating proven history of success in construction site management. Be willing to explore and adapt to new challenges.
• Team Management:
  Oversee the coordination and management of subcontractors, ensuring effective communication and maintaining smooth project operations. Responsible for creating a collaborative work environment on site.
• Risk/Schedule Management:
  Monitor project progress, identifying potential challenges on site and coordinating this information with the leadership team. This includes managing contracts with a focus on ensuring adherence to project scope and schedule.
• Safety Compliance Officer:
  Maintain a safe job site at all times. Enforce safety protocols, conduct regular safety inspections, and ensure subcontractors are adhering to safety protocols.
• Quality Control:
  Ensure that the project meets the highest quality standards by fully understanding, adhering to the scope of work, and reviewing quality control plans. Work closely with the on‑site team to promote attention to detail, ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsible for continuously improving construction processes to enhance efficiency and quality.

• 5+ years of experience in construction and industry knowledge
• Experience in the trades as a Foreman or Skilled Worker
• Planning skills including but not limited to resource allocation
• In‑depth understanding of local, state, and federal code regulations
• Effective leadership abilities
• CSL required
• OSHA‑10 and OSHA‑30 certified
