Longwood Medical Area Child Care Center seeks passionate and dedicated Infant and Toddler Teachers

- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities to support learning and development
- Observe and assess children’s progress, keeping parents informed through our communication app
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and fellow staff members
- EEC preschool certification required
- Ability to work a rotating schedule that includes two early shifts (7 AM – 3 PM), two late shifts (10 AM – 6 PM), and one rotating shift per week on Fridays
- Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
- Up-to-date immunizations
- Previous teaching experience in a daycare or early childhood setting
- Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices
- Positive, patient, and encouraging personality
- A genuine love for working with young children and supporting their development
- Strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task effectively
- Understanding of developmentally appropriate practices
- $115 per month subsidized MBTA pass and free off-site parking
