- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share within the assigned territory.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of achievement and continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, serving as a primary point of contact for high-level negotiations.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities and potential risks.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- Manage the sales budget effectively, ensuring profitable growth and efficient resource allocation.
- Report regularly to senior management on sales performance, forecasts, and strategic recommendations.
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years in a sales leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic sales plans that achieve company objectives.
- Proven ability to build, train, and manage high-performing sales teams.
- Exceptional understanding of sales methodologies and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Strong financial acumen and experience with sales forecasting and budgeting.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Based in or willing to relocate to the Boston, Massachusetts area.
