Overview
For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $125,000 - $175,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

Purpose
We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Business Analyst to support our global growth agenda. This role will play a key part in conducting strategic research, supporting M&A and partnership evaluations, managing the global SDP roadmap and translating stakeholder needs into clear business requirements and user journeys.
Responsibilities- Conduct market, competitor, and sector research to identify strategic opportunities.
- Support due diligence activities for potential mergers, acquisitions, and partnership opportunities.
- Prepare business cases and strategic recommendations grounded in data and financial modelling.
- Assess strategic fit, value creation potential, and risks for partnership and M&A initiatives.
- Collaborate with finance and legal teams to enable informed decision-making.
- Own and maintain the global SDP roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Coordinate with engineering, strategy and operational teams to track progress and dependencies.
- Facilitate roadmap planning sessions and communicate updates to senior stakeholders.
- Identify risks, resource gaps, and sequencing considerations, recommending adjustments where needed.
- Monitor delivery milestones and strategic outcomes.
- Gather, analyse and document business needs from global stakeholders.
- Translate insights into actionable business requirements, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical/strategic role.
- Strong background in research, data analysis, and insight preparation.
- Experience supporting M&A, due diligence, or partnership assessment (preferred).
- Experience contributing to global roadmaps or transformation programmes.
- Strong understanding of process mapping, user journeys, and requirements gathering methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency with AI and analytical tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
