Overview

For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $125,000 - $175,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

. We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Business Analyst to support our global growth agenda. This role will play a key part in conducting strategic research, supporting M&A and partnership evaluations, managing the global SDP roadmap and translating stakeholder needs into clear business requirements and user journeys.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical/strategic role.
• Strong background in research, data analysis, and insight preparation.
• Experience supporting M&A, due diligence, or partnership assessment (preferred).
• Experience contributing to global roadmaps or transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of process mapping, user journeys, and requirements gathering methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency with AI and analytical tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
• Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
