What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Coordinate, track, and enable execution of enterprise process initiatives
  • Act as a liaison between leadership, process owners, functional teams, and external stakeholders
  • Ensure strategic process priorities translate into action and measurable outcomes
  • Support the Business Process leadership team in achieving operational goals
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring successful follow-through on deliverables
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 2+ years of experience in the insurance industry
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload effectively
  • Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without sponsorship
  • Experience working with agency management systems such as Applied Epic
  • Proven ability to balance multiple projects and meet deadlines

  • Experience in scheduling, organizing, and communicating across teams
