Sales Enablement and Operations Associate

The salary for this position is $64,000-$70,500 per year. The base salary offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

The Associate, Sales Business Operations plays a crucial individual contributor role in supporting Wayfair's overarching sales goals by contributing to the essential budgeting, planning, and analysis activities that drive the sales operations function. You'll be responsible for reviewing capital expenditures and analyzing sales-related expenses tied to key performance indicators like order pipeline, bookings, and sales productivity. By conducting regular variance analysis on expenses and budgets and evaluating pricing structures, you'll ensure alignment with the company's objectives.

This role also involves maintaining and enhancing sales force automation systems and costing models to accurately monitor and manage revenue and expenses, providing the foundational insights for the entire sales organization.

What You'll Do

* Monitor Program Performance:
Assist in monitoring sales performance by analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to help identify business trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

* Translate Field Insights:
Keep a pulse on sales workflows and seller/customer experience by shadowing sales agents and gathering their direct feedback to help identify areas of improvement and inform both roadmap priorities and project direction.

* Support Project Execution:
Support the execution of key projects and roadmap initiatives by owning specific deliverables, coordinating with team members, and tracking progress to ensure work streams are completed on time.

* Enable Business Reviews:
Help prepare for executive business reviews by creating agendas (data gathering and performance research), as well as surface opportunities to improve recurring review processes.

What You'll Need

* Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field. Relevant internship, co-op, or project-based coursework is preferred.

* Quantitative

Skills:

Familiarity interpreting reports and data.

Experience with G-Suite (Sheets) or Microsoft Excel, Salesforce and Looker is preferred.

* Communication & Teamwork:
Clear and professional communication skills (both written and verbal). You can work effectively with teammates and cross-functional partners.

* Organizational

Skills:

Excellent organization and attention to detail. You are reliable, manage your time effectively to handle multiple tasks, and take pride in delivering high-quality work.

* Adaptability & Curiosity:
An eager and collaborative mindset. You are passionate about learning, enjoy working as part of a team, and can adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.

Basic Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree

* 1-3 years of transferable experience in a corporate environment, including internship and co-op experience

* Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship by Wayfair now or in the future.
