** The Supply Chain Planning & Operations Analyst is responsible for ensuring availability of the correct products at the right time, collaborating between teams to help us exceed customers' expectations.
* Collaborate with Manufacturing to analyze and recommend adjustments to our production plan, ensuring balance between supply shortages and potential excess
* Create and deliver clear, data-driven reports to provide insights for the team
* Develop and implement improved business processes to drive efficiency and scalability within the Supply and Inventory Planning
* Foster strong partnerships with cross-functional teams to align priorities and resolve challenges
* Coordinate cross functional meetings to discuss planning updates, challenges and opportunities ensuring a LEGO one team.

** The Americas Supply & Inventory Planning team is responsible for having the correct products in our Regional Distribution centers ensuring high in stock inventory levels and low excess. The objective is to balance mix changes with efficient production while acting as the link between the consumer market and the LEGO manufacturing sites.
* A Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience is preferred.
* Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, with validated experience with functions, pivot tables, and data visualization.
* Highly collaborative and team oriented
* Data driven with an ability to communicate simple solutions to complex problems
* Proven experience working with inventory management.
* Proficiency in SAP and Power BI is an advantage
* Proficiency in Kinaxis-Maestro is an advantage

** Compensation
* * The salary for this position has a range of $84,488.00 - $ based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
