Job Summary

Sophisticated project management skills; proven ability to drive deliverables simultaneously and exercise autonomy amidst shifting priorities and timelines.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Robust organizational, strong written and verbal communication, and stakeholder management skills. Willingness to learn and adapt quickly; to offer and accept feedback. Strong intellectual curiosity and comfort with ambiguity. Experience in learning design / architecture, or related fields a plus.

Contract. Salary: $62‑63 per hour.

Work hours:

8am–5pm.

Education:

Bachelors.

• Developing, curating and updating training content as needed
• Supporting the Pembroke training advisory group and overseeing its monthly prioritization meetings
• Handling program communications, administration, logistics, and systems
• Finding opportunities for operational process improvements for the programs
• Keeping abreast of all the learning solutions to determine what offerings would benefit Pembroke employees

• Experience working with various learning platforms, including but not limited to Degreed, Sum Total, Power‑Automate and cohort-based programs, e.g., Novo Ed
• Experience in designing solutions and quickly learning authoring tools (Synthesia, Domiknow, Vyond, Adobe suite, PowerPoint)
• Bachelor's degree required with at least 5 years of relevant work experience
