Operations Manager, Business Management
We’re looking for a high-potential Operations Lead to help build and scale our U.S. operations in an entrepreneurial, high-growth environment. We actively support customers nationwide, so core processes are in place, but many areas need fine-tuning and improvement. This role is not for someone who expects everything perfectly documented and handed to them – it’s for a builder who can strengthen operations, optimize workflows, and keep the business running smoothly.
You will be hands-on from day one, solving problems, coordinating partners, and improving processes behind the scenes. Over time, you’ll help design the operating model, build infrastructure, and grow into a leadership role shaping how our U.S. operations function. We are looking for someone hungry, humble, smart, and adaptable – someone who knows what good looks like and wants to raise the standard.
This is a build-and-scale opportunity with significant runway for growth.
- Take full ownership of the core operational backbone of the business
- Ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time with the right quality
- Oversee logistics, supplier coordination, order flow, and execution discipline
- Support procurement activities, supplier relationships, and commercial alignment
- Help monitor product quality standards and support supplier visits or audits when needed
- Identify risks early and solve issues before they impact customers or performance
- Step into whatever is required to keep the business running smoothly
- Evaluate current processes and strengthen areas that lack structure or clarity
- Introduce practical systems, reporting, and operational controls
- Improve visibility around cost, service levels, and supplier performance
- Bring operational rigor without creating unnecessary bureaucracy
- Continuously improve how work gets done as the company scales
- Work closely with Sales, Purchasing, Quality
- Act as a central point of coordination across internal teams and external partners
- Align execution with commercial priorities
- Create clarity in environments where priorities are shifting
- Take ownership of planning and operational strategy
- Help shape the long-term operating model for the U.S. business
- Build and lead an operations team as the company grows
- Hungry:
Ambitious and motivated to build something meaningful - Humble:
Team first, low ego, willing to roll up your sleeves - Smart:
Analytical, resourceful, and quick to learn - Adaptable:
Comfortable with ambiguity and evolving priorities - Bias to action:
You do not wait for perfect direction. You move.
- You have worked in a fast growing or entrepreneurial environment
- You have helped build structure where it did not fully exist
- You understand what strong operations look like and want to implement that standard
- You want real ownership and accountability, not just a title
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Sound commercial judgment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Data driven mindset with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel and core operational tools
- You are joining at a pivotal phase and what you build will directly shape the business
- You'll have meaningful ownership and visible impact from day one
- There is significant runway for growth, and this role can evolve into senior operational leadership
- For the right person, the ceiling is high
