Job Description

Beloform Craft is seeking a Client Account Representative to join our growing team in Boston. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, client-focused, and motivated to build long‑term relationships while supporting the success of our client accounts and internal teams.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients, serving as a reliable point of contact.
  • Assist with managing client accounts and ensuring service expectations are met.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client projects and deliverables.
  • Provide updates, information, and support to clients regarding services and project progress.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen partnerships and improve the overall client experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of client communications and account activity.
