Job Title: Staff Revenue Ops Analyst
Locations: Houston, Boston, Colorado
Reports to: Senior Director Revenue Operations
Job DescriptionThe Senior Sales Operations Analyst will work extensively with the sales team to provide field operations and partner operations support. You will be responsible for providing direct support to the Sales Team.
Responsibilities- Be a highly organized team player who is passionate about partnering with our sales teams to support them with forecasting, territories, compensation plans, commissions and CRM hygiene.
- Provide operational support to the sales team including territory and pipeline management.
- Coordinate with assigned segment to run annual and monthly forecasts as well as pipeline reviews.
- Partner with IT on improving the Salesforce and Clari instances.
- Ensure collaborative and effective communication with sales and cross‑functional teams including but not limited to IT, accounting, marketing and finance.
- Help monitor Salesforce data quality and run cleanup projects as necessary to ensure data integrity.
- Participate in integration activities of Apttus and Conga.
- Create and run reports for sales executives and sales management.
- Complete ad‑hoc Sales Operations projects and analysis as required.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations or similar roles while operating in high‑growth environments within the technology industry.
- SaaS experience strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience with Salesforce and CPQ including Salesforce reporting.
- Advanced knowledge of sales processes and field operations.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast‑paced and changing environment while juggling multiple projects at the same time.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly self‑motivated with strong time management and organizational skills.
