Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Lead business development strategy and revenue growth for antibody discovery and engineering services.
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with biotech, pharmaceutical, and emerging biotech companies.
- Develop and manage a robust client pipeline, converting opportunities into long‑term collaborations.
- Work closely with scientific leadership and platform teams to align client needs with antibody discovery capabilities.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, partnering meetings, and investor events.
- Negotiate complex scientific service agreements and strategic collaborations.
- Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to guide platform development and commercial strategy.

The Successful ApplicantKey Requirements:
- PhD in Immunology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
- Deep expertise in antibody discovery and engineering platforms (e.g., phage display, hybridoma, antibody optimization, etc.).
- Proven business development track record within CRO, drug discovery service providers, or biologics platform companies.
- Demonstrated success in closing high‑value partnerships with biotech and pharmaceutical clients.
- Strong industry network within the global pharma ecosystem in the USA.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Annual salary ranging from $200,000 to $250,000 USD and bonus on top.
