• Collaborate with buyers and sales teams to develop effective category development strategies based on qualitative and quantitative analysis
• Create actionable recommendations to accelerate growth in the Bars, Candy, and Cough categories
• Analyze planograms to evaluate space-to-sales and provide merchandising recommendations
• Optimize business performance through data analysis and category reviews
• Build reporting dashboards to support strategic business decisions and insights delivery

• Bachelor’s degree is required
• 2 to 5 years of experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry, specifically in category management or related fields
• Proficiency with advanced software relevant to shopper research and category management functions
  
  Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and travel as needed (less than 25%)

• Proven track record of translating raw data into actionable business strategies
• Experience with syndicated data systems and shelf management software
• Strong project management skills with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders
• Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams
