In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for client accounts, ensuring smooth coordination between clients and internal departments. Responsibilities- Coordinate daily communication between clients and internal teams
- Maintain and update client account records with accuracy and confidentiality
- Monitor account activity to ensure timely execution of services
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and account documentation
- Support onboarding processes for new clients
- Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and service efficiency
- Resolve inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
