This position will be a hybrid work arrangement. You will receive 18 remote workdays per quarter to use at your discretion, subject to manager approval. For example, you may choose to work in the office 4 days per week and take one remote day weekly (typically 13 weeks per quarter), leaving 5 additional remote days to be used as needed.

The principal function of this role is to support the Global Private Wealth National Accounts team in the management and enhancement of private wealth intermediary relationships. The Global Private Wealth National Accounts team is responsible for developing and growing Harbour Vest’s client base in the wealth channel through new platform relationships and through increased engagement with current clients. The National Accounts Associate will collaborate closely with senior team members to assist with day‑to‑day operational workflows related to onboarding new partners and maintaining platform infrastructure, producing high-quality presentation materials, fulfilling RFP/DDQ requests, and coordinating distribution partner activities.

What you will do Platform and Operational Support
  • Support onboarding activities with distribution partners

  • Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Marketing to ensure platform requirements are met

  • Assist in tracking agreement terms, documentation, and operational deadlines

National Accounts & Distribution Partner Support
  • Coordinate and create presentation materials for meetings and platform due diligence sessions, including onsite visits

  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare, draft, and submit RFPs, DDQs, and ad-hoc due diligence requests

  • Assist with the organization and execution of fundraising campaigns, roadshows, webinars, and events

  • Support senior team members in managing relationships with national account platforms

Data, Reporting & Internal Coordination
  • Maintain and update data in the CRM system and internal tracking documents to ensure accurate contact information and client coverage, as appropriate

  • Work with the Commercial Operations team to optimize marketing campaigns, client reporting and underlying activity tracking

  • Develop and enhance CRM reporting to maintain up-to-date, comprehensive coverage of all platform relationships

  • Compile and analyze fundraising metrics, engagement trends, and platform pipeline activity

  • And other responsibilities as required

Education and Certifications

BS/BA or equivalent

FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses required

Work Experience

2-4 years of experience in wealth/asset management, preferably in alternative investments

This USD base salary range represents only one component of total compensation for this role and is provided in accordance with local requirements. This role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, which is determined based on individual and overall firm performance. In addition to salary and bonus, total compensation may include eligibility for long-term reward programs and a comprehensive total rewards package that may include retirement, health, insurance, paid time off, and wellness programs.

Our total rewards offerings are influenced by several business factors, and eligibility for certain components will vary by position and geography. Please note the posted ranges do not apply outside the U.S. and should not be converted to other currencies as a proxy for compensation in other countries.
