This is a full-time hybrid role for a Purchasing Manager based in the Greater Boston. The Purchasing Manager will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and sourcing quality materials and products at optimal costs. Additional responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels, ensuring timely procurement, and optimizing supply chain processes. The role requires close collaboration with other departments to forecast needs and implement cost-effective procurement strategies.

• Strong skills in vendor management, supplier negotiation, and contract management
• Experience in inventory management and sourcing of materials
• Knowledge of supply chain operations and procurement strategies
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fields is preferred
• Prior experience in purchasing or supply chain roles; experience in the technology or education sector is a plus
