Purpose of Role
Provide administrative and operational support in the school's admissions process, ensuring a positive experience for parents and prospective students, and contributing to the achievement of enrollment goals.
Key Responsibilities- Assistance with the cashier
- Assistance in Register and monitor invoices.
- Assistance in Register and process payments.
- Follow up on accounts to identify outstanding debts.
- Track overdue payments.
- Negotiate payment agreements with clients.
- Resolve payment discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Prepare collection reports.
- Keep documentation up to date.
- Assistance in other financial/accountants positions
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of computer tools and database management systems.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Analytical ability and communication skills.
- Legally eligible to work in Panama.
