A successful Account Executive is well‑rounded, unafraid of the phones, able to work both strategic deals and fast‑moving transactional opportunities. You prioritize a team‑first, collaborative culture, where learning and getting better are top priorities.
Responsibilities:- Successfully find new business opportunities
- Acquire new customers by creatively researching, emailing and cold calling leads/accounts
- Work deals through demo runs, proof‑of‑concept trial and close
- Ownership of pipeline including outreach and engagement
- Prioritize quotas, deadlines and KPIs
- Experience with full‑cycle sales (lead generation through closing business)
- Mid‑market software sales experience a plus ($20‑$60k ASP)
- Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Linked In Sales Nav, and Zoom Info
Compensation for this role includes an annual base salary between $75,000 to $115,000. On‑target earnings range between $150,000 to $230,000, split 50/50 between base salary and commission. Total compensation can be higher for those who exceed targets. Link Squares takes into consideration a number of factors when determining an employee’s starting salary, including work location, job‑related skills, and relevant education, experience and training.
