Transformation Program Manager

We are hiring a senior-level Project Manager to lead complex transformation initiatives within a global financial services / asset management environment. This role focuses on delivering change across people, process, data, and technology.

This is not a PMO or coordination-only role
. The successful candidate will own delivery end-to-end and work closely with senior business and technology stakeholders.

• Experience in financial services or asset / investment management
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Advanced project and program management experience
• Experience with management reporting and process improvement
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and drive cross‑functional delivery in fast‑paced environments

• Lead transformation initiatives across business and technology teams
• Drive execution across people, process, data, and technology changes
• Facilitate decision‑making and resolve delivery risks and issues
• Own outcomes, timelines, and stakeholder engagement

• Strong communication and stakeholder management capability
• Data‑driven mindset with attention to detail
• Experience operating in high‑change, high‑accountability environments
