Senior Business Analyst (Financial Experience)
Contract to hire (6-12 Months)
Our ideal candidate is an IT Business Analyst with at least three to five years of experience, with core competencies such as strong analytical skills, solid verbal and written communication abilities, and confidence leading business requirements–gathering sessions.
In addition, the candidate should have:
- Experience with Agile development, ideally Scrum
- Fund Accounting experience (private equity experience is a plus)
- Experience working with financial applications or other transactional finance systems
- Background supporting large, complex projects from conception through implementation
- A willingness to take on both BAU support and project work —
as noted above, this is essential. - We need someone who can support projects while also handling BAU responsibilities to develop a solid understanding of the application
