This position will be a hybrid work arrangement. You will receive 18 remote workdays per quarter to use at your discretion, subject to manager approval. For example, you may choose to work in the office 4 days per week and take one remote day weekly (typically 13 weeks per quarter), leaving 5 additional remote days to be used as needed.

The Senior Associate, Credit Distribution role presents an exciting opportunity to support the growth of Harbour Vest’s Private Credit business. As a member of the Credit Distribution Team, this individual will work closely with other key stakeholders internally such as the Private Credit investment and Operations teams, global Investor Relations (IR) team, product specialists, consultant relations, commercial operations, client service, marketing, and compliance to deliver the Harbour Vest platform to institutional investors.

The principal function of this role is to support the Credit Product Specialist and Credit Investor Relations professionals in the management support and enhancement of credit-focused institutional investor relationships. Additional functions include tracking and monitoring the fundraising process and creating, editing and updating data across Harbour Vest’s marketing communications efforts.##
** The ideal candidate is someone who is:
*** Highly motivated, organized and detail oriented
* Has a strong interest in private markets strategies and broad capital markets
* Self-starter and able to work under pressure and can flourish in a fast-paced, high- volume environment
* Has strong project and time management skills
* Foundation in private markets is preferred##
