Position Summary: Fusion is one of the leading independent distributors of electronic components and has grown into a $3B global organization. As a Strategic Purchasing Representative, you will source electronic components through various suppliers while building long‑lasting relationships for future business. The ideal candidate is a natural negotiator who loves adding value through collaboration with our Account Executive team.

• Offer uncapped commissions not seen in other industries.

• Source products through prospecting new suppliers and managing existing supplier relationships.
• Negotiate for the procurement of product to include price, terms, and ship date.
• Ensure that quality standards are present and reflect Fusion Worldwide’s commitment to quality components.
• Collaborate with the Account Executive team through our proprietary ERP system, keeping detailed notes to maintain our unique competitive advantage.

• 2–3 years of work experience in sales or a related role.
• A high‑energy, organized, and persistent professional, driven to succeed and revolutionize an industry.
• Dedicated individuals motivated by commission and career growth.
• Proficient with standard business tools (MS Office 365, etc.).
• A graduate of a 4‑year university.

Salary: $65,000 – $90,000, plus uncapped commission.
