Analyst, Business, Risk Manager​/Analyst

• Support all aspects of the client service model by assisting with benefit plan analysis, documentation, scheduling, meeting notes, and maintaining accurate client records and open-item logs
• Facilitate key processes such as preparing financial and benchmarking reports, supporting carrier/vendor marketing (RFPs, product comparisons), and assisting with compliance deliverables and benefit communications
• Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and vendors while responding to client inquiries, conducting research, and escalating issues to senior team members as needed

• Bachelor’s degree required;
  Life, Accident & Health License required (or must be obtained within 90 days)
• Strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to perform accurately in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
• Proficiency in organizing and documenting work, with a desire to grow knowledge of employee benefits, financial analysis, and industry trends

This job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.

Salary range is $60K to 80K per year, based on experience.
