Company provides software solutions and services for improving medical image interpretation and management in oncology clinical trials. Customers are pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies.
They are looking for a Proposal Developer.
Based in Boston, MA, and integrated in the Business Support team, the incumbent will support business activity as an imaging CRO through the generation of quotes to customers Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology companies. Will create proposal texts and budgets to respond to clients request for proposals (RFP), revisions, Change Orders and RFP related contracts. Will prepare and write answers to Requests for Information, and more generally help the Business Development team to penetrate strategic accounts.
Responsibilities- Serving as primary contact within the company during proposal work development.
- Collect input from operational groups and project vendors for development of project proposals, budgets and answers to Requests for Information.
- Preparing error free draft proposal documents for the team to review on schedule to meet client delivery timelines.
- Identify and resolve problems related to the production of proposals and internal processes.
- Work with legal department to establish contract with customers.
- Update and maintain corporate databases as required and ensure accurate information is included in tracking reports.
- May participate in customer meetings.
- B.A. or B.S. in a related discipline required.
- Minimum five (5) years' proposal related experience in the CRO or pharmaceutical research industry required.
- A first experience working for an imaging CRO is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Autonomous, well organized and adaptable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex business issues to all levels of the organization.
- Excellent analytical, financial, and time management skills.
- 1. Bachelor's Degree.
- 2. 5+ years of proposal related experience in the CRO or pharmaceutical research industry.
- 3. Local to the Boston Area.
- 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- 5. Experience working for an imaging CRO is a plus.
