• $75k-$80k/year pay rate

• Work with clients to build strategies to overcome any challenges
• Communicate with clients to better understand what goals they aim to accomplish
• Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied
• Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms
• Managing the full cycle new client development process from initial outreach to meeting set-up and strategic growth planning
• Study the competition to find new ways to retain customers

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
• Must be able and willing to work on-site in the downtown Boston office
• 3+ years of client management/new business development experience
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Problem-solving aptitude
