You

As a Strategy and Operations Lead, you excel at transforming complex data into actionable insights that shape strategic decisions and drive sustainable success. Your strong analytical and financial modeling expertise enables you to anticipate challenges, uncover opportunities, and optimize resources across diverse business areas. Through clear communication and stakeholder alignment, you ensure data‑driven recommendations gain support, while your adaptability and curiosity fuel innovative solutions that enhance organizational performance and future growth.

What

You Will Do
  • Analyze complex operational and strategic data, using financial models and cost‑benefit analysis to guide high‑impact decisions.
  • Leverage business intelligence tools, scenario modeling, and benchmarking to identify opportunities and optimize resources across diverse business areas.
  • Translate data‑driven insights into clear policy recommendations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and industry trends.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, preparing compelling presentations and fostering alignment around strategic initiatives.
What You Offer
  • Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, engineering, computer science, or related field; MBA preferred but not required.
  • 2–3 years of experience in a strategy consulting environment with strong business and financial acumen.
  • Advanced proficiency in data analytics tools, Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization (Tableau); familiarity with SQL and coding languages such as STATA or R.
  • Proven ability to develop predictive models, analyze big data for financial and operational optimization, and apply project management principles effectively.
