About the roleAt Perk, we believe in empowering cross-functional teams that drive exceptional results for our customers and the company. We are currently looking for a Staff Product Manager to lead our Expenses product team, focusing on the US market.
Managing expenses should be effortless, not a burden. Our Expenses product is at the heart of the employee experience, empowering them to focus on their work while giving companies complete visibility and control over their spend. North America represents a massive opportunity for our growth, and this role is pivotal to tailoring our world-class product to the unique needs of this strategic market.
As a Staff Product Manager for Expenses in North America, you will lead the strategy and execution of features that drive success in the local markets. You’ll identify opportunities to enhance Expense capabilities within the broader travel and expense ecosystem, working hand-in-hand with our European teams to build a globally unified yet locally dominant product. Your role will be critical to Perk’s success in North America.
You’ll own key areas of the Perk platform, directly impacting both admins managing travel, cards and spend, as well as the end users. We need someone who thinks strategically, is focused on execution, and can step into the user's shoes to design impactful solutions. If you have experience building high-impact products, thrive on data-driven decision-making, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
WhatYou’ll Do

Share the Vision: Clearly communicate the “why” and “where” behind your product areas to keep your team inspired and stakeholders aligned.
Define Strategies: Lay out clear plans for tackling the right problems—explain why they matter, how you’ll solve them, and how success will be measured.

Be the Go-To Expert: Provide answers, create training materials, and ensure product documentation is up-to-date.
Empower Your Team: Lead with a servant‑leadership approach, helping the team stay focused, remove distractions, and foster creativity and collaboration.
Level Up the Product Function: Continuously learn and share insights with colleagues to help build a world‑class product team.
Experience That Counts: At least 7 years at a tech company, with at least 5 years as a Product Manager. Experience working on an Expenses Management product in NAM, is a strong plus. Bonus if you have experience…
