What

You’ll Do Product Strategy & Vision
  • Develop and articulate a long‑term vision for the PDP that helps customers evaluate products with confidence.
  • Build a multi‑quarter roadmap that ties directly to Customer Tech OKRs, business strategy, and customer needs.
  • Identify high‑impact opportunities using quantitative insights (A/B tests, funnel analytics) and qualitative research.
Execution & Delivery
  • Lead feature development from ideation → specification → build → launch → iteration.
  • Write clear, thorough PRDs, feature specs, and success metrics.
  • Partner with engineering to make sharp trade‑offs and ensure high‑quality, on‑time delivery.
  • Manage A/B tests end‑to‑end and make decisions grounded in data.
Cross‑Functional Leadership
  • Serve as the PDP domain expert, influencing leaders across Storefront, Merch, Pricing, Search/Browse, and Supplier Experience.
  • Collaborate with UX and Research to craft intuitive, trustworthy, and accessible interfaces.
  • Work with Data Science to define ranking, personalization, and decision‑support improvements.
Customer & Business Impact
  • Improve conversion rate, attach rate, and post‑purchase satisfaction through clear product presentation.
  • Reduce friction in product evaluation through stronger descriptions, imagery, comparisons, and signal‑to‑noise improvements.
  • Drive a consistent, high‑quality PDP experience across platforms (app, mobile web, desktop).
What You’ll Own
  • The end‑to‑end PDP web and app customer experience across core UI modules (gallery, product info, personalization cues, delivery/availability, merchandising modules, social proof, reviews, similar items, bundles, etc.).
  • Experimentation pipeline and insights to continuously evolve the customer decision‑making journey.
  • Key metrics such as: conversion rate, bounce rate, add‑to‑cart, product understanding indicators, experience performance & accessibility.
We Are a Match Because You Have
  • 8+ years experience in product management (consumer e‑commerce or highly scaled B2C preferred) with 1-2 years management experience.
  • Demonstrated success launching customer‑facing features that directly influence revenue.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience running A/B tests in a high-volume environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across org levels.
  • Proven ability to define and execute a customer‑centric vision with measurable results.
  • Experience in retail, marketplace, or content‑heavy product surfaces.
  • Familiarity with personalization, ranking, or ML‑driven experiences.
  • Experience working closely with design and user research to shape customer journeys.
  • Comfort with technical discussions related to APIs, data flows, and front‑end architecture.
