We’re looking for a detail-oriented Territory Planning Analyst to support our team in shaping and refining sales territories. In this role, you'll dive into data to help improve how territories are structured, making our sales efforts more effective and efficient. As part of the Revenue Growth group, you’ll contribute to strategies that directly influence how we reach our growth goals. Reporting to the Territory Planning Manager, you’ll work with data, produce insights, build reports, and assist with territory strategies that strengthen sales performance and enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Review & Insights:
    Examine sales metrics, customer data, and market patterns to guide territory planning decisions.
  • Reporting:
    Create and update recurring dashboards and reports that highlight territory performance, sales trends, and critical KPIs.
  • Territory Management:
    Support the creation and refinement of sales territories to ensure balanced workloads and better overall productivity.
  • Tools & Systems:
    Use mapping tools and territory planning platforms to assist with data processing, map creation, and territory assignments.
  • Process Improvement:
    Spot gaps or inefficiencies in the current territory structure and recommend data-based improvements.
  • Operational Support:
    Help produce documentation, planning materials, and internal presentations related to territory strategy.
What You’ll Bring
  • 1–2 years of experience in analytics, sales operations, business analysis, or a similar field.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Solid Excel skills; familiarity with SQL is a plus.
  • Experience with mapping or territory planning tools (such as Map Info or Salesforce).
  • Ability to collaborate effectively while also working independently when needed.
  • Clear communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational habits with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
