Overview

This role is part of the Strategy team, which supports leadership in strategic decisions across practice areas and markets. The team works on a variety of interdisciplinary projects, driving research, analysis, and decision support.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct rigorous qualitative and quantitative research and analysis, gathering, structuring, and synthesizing data on markets, competitors, and the firm’s capabilities to identify patterns and develop deliverables.
  • Manage project planning, scope strategy issues and options, and lead teammates to meet deadlines while ensuring accuracy and documentation.
  • Create compelling deliverables, including exhibits, written reports, and actionable options for decision makers, and develop preliminary implementation plans.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, fostering collaboration and a culture of teamwork.
Qualifications
  • Adaptable and flexible, able to work independently and in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a demonstrated aptitude for data analysis.
  • Self‑directed and ownership mindset, contributing to team success.
  • Open to constructive feedback, capable of giving and receiving it.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
  • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word proficiency.
  • Preferred: MBA, JD, or similar advanced degree.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in a professional‑service environment.
Compensation and Total Rewards

Boston: $142,500 – $228,050
New York: $149,300 – $238,900

Working Conditions

This position requires hybrid on‑site presence. Consistent on‑site attendance is essential for business continuity, professional development, and collaboration.
