In this role you will analyse client needs, provide consulting services across various strategic areas, and offer guidance to help clients develop and implement effective strategies.

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 7 years of experience in strategy consulting or industry consulting.

Preferred:

• Master of Business Administration.
• 9 years of strategy consulting or industry consulting experience.
• Proven record of success in the Financial Services industry (Banking & Capital Markets, Insurance, Asset & Wealth Management).
• Proficiency in Corporate Strategy, Business Strategy, Deals Strategy, Digital Strategy, and Not-for-Profit Strategy.
• Experience leading teams to generate a vision and build trust.
• Ability to build productive and collaborative relationships.
• Proven ability to manage teams to successful project conclusions.
• Leveraging market research and analyses for insights.

Salary range: $155,000 – $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
