Graduate Consultant – Business Skills Development Program

Understanding the types of roles available to a Graduate Consultant:
- Business Analyst (BA): Investigating and analyzing business needs, identifying improvement opportunities, defining requirements and ensuring solutions align with business objectives. BA’s take a holistic approach, considering people, processes, technology and organisational structure to deliver value while minimizing risks.
- Project Manager (PM): Supports the planning, execution and monitoring of projects to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget. Assists in task delegation, resource management, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication and process improvement while gaining experience in project lifecycle management.
- Project Management Officer (PMO): Establishes and maintains project management standards, ensuring timely delivery, scope/quality adherence and budget control while minimizing risks. PMOs oversee governance, methodology, planning, stakeholder engagement, benefits tracking and risk management, providing project performance insights to senior management.
- Product Manager: Orchestrates the development, launch and ongoing success of a product. Responsible for defining the product vision, creating roadmaps and prioritizing features based on customer needs and business goals, ensuring quality and functionality resonates with key stakeholders.

Requirements
- GPA: 3.3/4 or higher. A Business or Analytical focused pathway would be beneficial, but we're open to graduates from all subjects.
- Right to Work in the US: We do not sponsor visas – applicants must have work authorization.
- Internship/
Work Experience:
Experience in BA through work experience or internships is preferred. - Analytical Problem Solving: Enjoy solving puzzles and breaking down big problems into bite‑sized chunks. Critical thinking and creative problem‑solving skills are key.
- Effective Communication: Ability to express clearly, update stakeholders, and articulate ideas in writing and verbally.
- Organization and Planning: Time management, task prioritization, and structured work approach.
Starting Salary: $52,500, increasing after the first year.
PTO: 12 days to start, increasing by one day each year (max 15 days).
Medical, Vision & Dental: Covers 60% of costs.
401(k) Personal Pension: For every 1% you contribute, Grayce contributes 0.5% (max 7% employee contribution).
