Product Manager - Macro Space (Supply Chain SaaS)

We are now looking for a Product Manager with a focus on Macro Space (Floor Planning) in our Space and Assortment Management team in Atlanta. You will join a US Product team that is part of a larger global Product organization based in Helsinki, working to ensure the North American market is represented in our roadmap and product development. Your role will support Sales and Implementation teams, contribute to planning and roadmap discussions, and engage stakeholders across the Product function.

• Product expertise
  • Serve as the Macro Space product expert, possessing deep knowledge of the product’s data flows and configurations.
  • Act as a product evangelist internally and externally (e.g., supporting sales and engaging prospective partners).
• Sales support
  • Serve as a trusted advisor in sales cases for the Macro Space solution, translating prospect requirements into solutions within our software base.
• Operations guidance & support
  • Participate in customer implementations, providing guidance and expertise to operations team members.
  • Consult with Operations, Product Excellence & Best Practice teams on best practices, investigating product data flows, processes, and configurations.
• Roadmap contribution & collaboration
  • Identify opportunities for Macro Space product improvement and help build and maintain operational roadmaps and ongoing development efforts.
• Product strategy & vision
  • Contribute to the centrally maintained Macro Space product vision, ensuring the North American market remains a focus aligned with strategic priorities.

• Experience with Space‑related products in the industry and a clear view of best practices and improvements in solutions and user experience.
• Experience in product management, software and general product development, including development methodology and roadmap management.
• Ability to influence product direction through collaboration with customers and central teams.
• Strong collaboration with sales and operations teams to provide strategic guidance, especially with scoping.
• Active engagement with customers early in release communications.
• Comfortable discussing complex topics across multiple abstraction layers, from C‑level executives to product team members.
• Capable of acting as a product expert for Operations teams on new and existing projects, and in sales cases.

• (Deep) understanding of the retail industry, particularly Space, Assortment, and Category Management.
• Experience working in a retail setting and understanding how retailers utilize Space‑related software.
