NOBULL is seeking a Merchandise Planning & Allocation Analyst to support the planning organization by compiling, analyzing, and interpreting data to drive inventory, sales, and margin optimization. This role provides analytical support across forecasting, reporting, and in‑season performance management. The Merchandise Planning Analyst works closely with Merchandise Planning team to support the department goals and deadlines.
Responsibilities- Compile and update weekly and monthly reporting to support the Merchandise Planning Team
- Provide analytical support to the Merchandise Planning team, contributing to effective decision-making and the overall success of the merchandise planning strategies
- Analyze SKU‑level performance, product trends, and inventory positions to support planning and merchandising decisions. Ensure never out of stock on core product on a style and SKU level and communicates any potential risks
- Maintain and validate forecasting models by reviewing historical trends, product launches, and current sales performance
- Support the development of pre‑season and in‑season sales, margin, and inventory forecasts
- Monitor in‑season risks and opportunities, highlighting variances and preparing recommendations for planners and merchants
- Review replenishment needs by SKU and support purchase order creation for core and seasonal product
