As a 200+ person company headquartered in downtown Boston, Link Squares removes the manual, time‑consuming tasks from the contracting process, enabling legal, finance, HR, and procurement teams to save time, cut costs, and improve business outcomes.

• Ascertain customer goals and collaborate on customized strategic plans to drive business value through the Link Squares platform.
• Engage customers via strategy calls and emails, securing buy‑in for growth and resolving inquiries by aligning customers with the appropriate internal and external resources.
• Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle, developing relationships with key stakeholders and maintaining focus on driving business value from onboarding through renewal.
• Own renewals of accounts while proactively identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities by introducing new products and features that drive additional value.

• Experience in a client‑facing role at a B2B SaaS company, genuine passion for customer success, and openness to challenges and change in an extremely fast‑paced environment.

Annual base salary of $90,000. On‑target commissions of $30,000 annually, with the opportunity to earn more by exceeding targets. Link Squares considers work location, job‑related skills, relevant education, experience, and training when determining a starting salary.
