Recruiting Manager

We are looking for a Recruiting Manager to join our growing team in Boston, MA. As a Recruiting Manager, you will will work a 360 Full Desk developing client relationships and providing sourcing and full-cycle recruiting services. This will involve making business development calls, organizing client meetings, and managing the recruitment process for both clients and candidates.

• 2+ years experience in sales, account management, recruiting or customer service
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Excellent relationship‑building skills
• Solid communication skills, problem‑solving, and negotiation skills, with a keen focus on delivering business results

Hybrid (2‑3 days/week) in Boston
