Senior Director, Advisory Learning Approach and Planning

We are a leading professional services firm that values innovation, inclusion, and growth. As Senior Director, Advisory Learning Approach and Planning, you will shape learning solutions that align with business priorities and impact client outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide independent leadership, guidance, and strategic direction to a learning team.
- Build and deepen relationships with key stakeholders to enhance influence and alignment with business priorities.
- Translate business strategy into actionable learning requirements, roadmaps, and lifecycle recommendations, collaborating with stakeholders.
- Identify emerging trends, performance expectations, and learning objectives to proactively anticipate and address learning needs.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators using data analysis techniques to generate actionable insights and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead an outcome‑focused intake process across the team, including planning and executing needs analyses where appropriate.
- Minimum twelve years of recent experience in strategic learning solutions within corporate environments in professional services or consulting.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Proven ability to lead large, complex, multi‑team initiatives involving diverse stakeholders and sponsors; background in performance management preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills for building relationships, leading strategic discussions, and navigating challenging conversations.
- Proficiency with generative AI tools and data analysis platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, and Excel to create executive‑level visualizations.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% to Orlando or other key locations.
- Authorized to work in the United States without the need for future employment‑based visa sponsorship.
