Position: Regional Sales Director (existing)

Compensation: $140K base / $240K OTE (uncapped)

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and empathetic sales leader to oversee a team of account managers, who focus on upsells and renewals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach a high-performing account management team to achieve individual and team booking goals
  • Drive strategic growth through upselling and cross-selling to existing clients
  • Identify and mitigate at-risk accounts to ensure retention
  • Hire, onboard, and develop account managers at multiple levels
  • Deliver content-driven client experiences and lead client-facing events
  • Collaborate with peers across the organization to contribute to company culture and sales excellence
  • Travel to client meetings and events as needed (~1 week/month)

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in b2b sales
  • 2+ years leading a team of account managers (focus on upsells and renewals)
  • Strong coaching mindset, collaborative leadership style, and high emotional intelligence
