POSITION SUMMARY
The Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery is not a part of BUMG. The individual for this role is solely responsible for day to day department operations, hospital performance for inpatient, ambulatory and OR, professional finances, hospital revenue, BUSDM finance and all leadership responsibilities.

- Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related scientific field.
- Master's degree in Health or Business Administration is preferable.
- Requires at least five years of Healthcare Administration experience.
- Work requires a significant level of analytical ability to develop and analyze budgets and to develop related justification.
- Demonstrated success in program management, personnel management, planning, finances.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent leadership attributes including positive, can‑do attitude, creativity, and enthusiasm.
- Exceptional level of professionalism, discretion and the ability to work on highly sensitive and confidential projects.
- Highly developed skills using personal computer tools including word processing, spreadsheet, databases and presentation applications.
Compensation Range: $61,500.00 - $89,500.00
This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer. This includes education, experience, skills, and certifications/licensures as they directly relate to position requirements; as well as business/organizational needs, internal equity, and market‑competitiveness.
