Key Objectives
  • Ensure accurate and timely entry of data into company databases and systems.
  • Maintain data integrity by verifying and correcting information as needed.
  • Support various departments by managing and organizing data efficiently.
  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance data management workflows.
Responsibilities
  • Input, update, and maintain data in company databases with a high level of accuracy.
  • Review and verify data for completeness and correctness before entry.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies or errors in data records.
  • Organize and file electronic and paper documents related to data entry tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure data consistency.
  • Assist in generating reports and summaries based on entered data when required.
  • Adhere to company data security and confidentiality policies at all times.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role preferred.
  • Strong typing skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
  • Familiarity with database management systems is advantageous.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
