Key Objectives- Ensure accurate and timely entry of data into company databases and systems.
- Maintain data integrity by verifying and correcting information as needed.
- Support various departments by managing and organizing data efficiently.
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance data management workflows.
- Input, update, and maintain data in company databases with a high level of accuracy.
- Review and verify data for completeness and correctness before entry.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or errors in data records.
- Organize and file electronic and paper documents related to data entry tasks.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure data consistency.
- Assist in generating reports and summaries based on entered data when required.
- Adhere to company data security and confidentiality policies at all times.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role preferred.
- Strong typing skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with database management systems is advantageous.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
