Research Program Coordinator

Job Description

This role will serve as the primary coordination hub across multiple collaborating institutions and subawardees (e.g., University of Washington, Tufts University, Brigham and Women’s Hospital, and Dana‑Farber Cancer Institute), ensuring consistent communication, effective meeting coordination, and alignment on milestones, risks, and deliverables. This includes organizing monthly sponsor meetings, recurring technical meetings among subaward teams, biannual on‑site sponsor visits, and preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.

The position will also provide direct administrative support to the PI as needed (e.g., correspondence/letter drafting, manuscript support, travel coordination, and grant preparation).
