Role DescriptionThis is an on-site, full-time role based in Boston, MA, for an Office Manager at LeBlanc Design, LLC. The Office Manager will oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficient functioning of the office. Responsibilities include managing administrative tasks, marketing support, maintaining office equipment, coordinating schedules, providing excellent customer service. It will also include billing, accounts payable and coordinating with the bookkeeper. The Office Manager will play a key role in supporting the team and maintaining a productive workspace.
Qualifications- Strong communication and customer service skills, including the ability to engage with clients and team members professionally.
- Proven experience in administrative assistance and office administration to manage day-to-day operations effectively.
- Proficiency in handling office equipment and technology tools to maintain a productive work environment.
- Organizational skills to manage scheduling, supplies, and office coordination efficiently.
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with interior design or creative industries is a plus but not required.
