Overview:
The Administration and Operations Coordinator is a full-time position reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO). This role maintains efficient office operations, manages complex calendars and meeting coordination, assists with financial and administrative tasks, and supports grants and data management.
- Maintain efficient office operations and coordinate internal systems and processes.
- Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings and events.
- Assist with financial and administrative tasks as needed.
- Support grants administration and data management.
- Interact with teams across the organization and with external partners, providing strong customer service and responsiveness.
- Demonstrate initiative, flexibility, and the ability to contribute across multiple areas of operations.
Prior experience in a foundation environment is not required, although prior experience working in a nonprofit organization is desired.
