Customer Service Rep
About the Role:Guest Services work will include the following:
- Maintaining cleanliness in hoteling workstations and offices
- Stocking the break area with refreshments and general supplies
- Conference room set‑ups and support
- Taking inventory of office and pantry supplies
Cross training for additional departments
Mail Services tasks will include:- Checking in/out accountable mail
- Sending package reminder emails
- Assisting customers in the mailroom
- Printing customer requests
- Scanning documents
- Minimum of 1-year customer service-related experience
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to interact with the end-user in a professional manner, with a sense of urgency.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment.
- Competency in performing multiple functional tasks.
- Ability to meet employer's attendance policy.
- Lifting to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, sit and/or walk for long periods of time with or without accommodations.
- Working in the following areas: guest services, mail, reprographics (printing and scanning), and other tasks including conference room set‑up, maintaining cleanliness in offices and workstations, and stocking break areas.
- Other tasks as needed.
