Executive Assistant to $100K - Critical Support Role!
Our client, a leading global investment organization, is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide strategic administrative support to senior leaders within a dynamic real estate investment environment. In this role, you’ll manage complex scheduling, prepare high‑value meeting materials, and ensure seamless coordination across a fast‑moving team. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of executive support experience and thrives in deadline‑driven, relationship‑focused settings.

Preferred - Responsibilities include managing complex executive calendars and prioritizing scheduling across internal and external stakeholders; coordinating domestic and international travel with detailed itineraries; preparing meeting materials, presentations, and investor‑ready documents; supporting team operations through expense processing, project tracking, and follow‑up actions; liaising with investors, partners, and internal teams with professionalism; ensuring seamless meeting execution including logistics, materials, and communication flow; and maintaining confidentiality while anticipating upcoming needs to keep leaders operating efficiently.
- The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of executive assistant experience in fast‑paced corporate or investment environments; exceptional organizational and time‑management skills with comfort juggling shifting deadlines; strong communication abilities and polished interpersonal presence; high proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint); sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to partner closely with senior leaders; and a proactive, "go‑getter" mindset that brings energy and initiative to daily operations.
